About Sipnov

We shipped the systems.
Now we build the
agents that ship them.

Sipnov is a Bengaluru-based software company building AI-native software factories for the enterprise — founded by engineers who spent their careers running production systems at scale, not demoing prototypes.

Where we come from

Enterprise scars, not enterprise theater.

Our background is Java and Spring Boot, Kafka, microservices, distributed systems on GCP, SSO and identity with Keycloak and SAML, and big data — the unglamorous plumbing that enterprise software actually runs on. We've led teams spanning backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps, and carried the pager for what we shipped.

That's the context we're applying to agentic software delivery. Sipnov isn't a research project bolted onto a chat interface — it's built by people who know what a code review catches that a demo doesn't, and what breaks in production that never shows up in a sandbox.

What we believe

Agents should extend engineering judgment, not replace it.

01
Specification is the interface
The clearer the spec, the more an agent can be trusted with the work. We invest in making that conversation rigorous, not skipping it.
02
Production-grade is the only grade
Review, security, and deployment gates aren't optional add-ons — they're what separates a factory from a demo.
03
A human holds the merge button
Automation handles the mechanical work. Your engineers still decide what ships and when — every time.
04
Boring technology where it counts
Novelty belongs in how agents collaborate, not in the infrastructure they run on. We reach for what's proven wherever we can.
